Engineering & Technical Support
I’m not an engineer — but I understand engineering.

- Technical document libraries
- CAD-related admin and organisation

- Exhibition preparation and support
- Technical research
- Organising information and processes
I speak enough engineering to know what you’re talking about — and enough plain English / German / Dutch to explain it to everyone else.

You give me the job. I’ll get on with it.
How it works
It’s pretty simple.
You don’t need to create a job description or commit to employing someone.
Tell me what you need help with.
Maybe it’s a few hours a week, a one-off project, or something you need help with for a few months.
We’ll work out what makes sense.
1. Tell me what’s taking up your time
No fancy brief required. Just tell me what’s on your list.
2. I’ll work out where I can help
I’ll be honest if something isn’t my thing.
3. I get on with it
You get the extra pair of hands without another full-time member of staff.
Why me?
I understand engineering businesses.
I’m not coming from a generic virtual assistant background.
I’ve worked in engineering and manufacturing, so I’m used to technical products, engineers, drawings, measurements, specifications and customers who actually want to know how something works.
I’m also comfortable on the other side of the business — talking to customers, organising projects, supporting sales and making sure things don’t fall through the cracks.
And because I speak English, German and Dutch, I can also help when things cross borders.
Who I work with
Small engineering & manufacturing businesses.
You might be a small team where everyone wears five hats.
You might be growing and suddenly have more customers than time.
Or perhaps you’ve got a backlog of jobs that nobody has had the time to tackle.
That’s where I come in.
I’m particularly interested in working with businesses where technical knowledge matters and where having someone who understands the industry makes a real difference.
